Boost Canola Volume

To Boost Volume in Canola you need to set up Canola to use mplayer for volume and then boost the volume in mplayer here is how to do it.

Locate the config file in

/home/user/.atabake

Open the config File using vi

File Should Look Like

[Media]
3gp = oms
mp4 = oms
m4a = oms
rv = oms

[Fallback]
audio = oms
video =mplayer
general = mplayer

[other]
version = 0.1.4

---

Where you see "audio = oms" change it for "audio = mplayer"

Save and Close File.

Now Boost mplayer volume

Locate config in

/home/user/.mplayer/

Open config with vi

File Should Look Like.

• You can change the 10.1 to a higher number but some people get distortion after 10.1
