As noted in a thread here at itT forums and apparently on the #maemo IRC channel, there’s a new firmware image 3.2005.51-13 available for download at the Nokia Europe support pages:

(Still no idea why the Nokia USA website doesn’t have the same update option on its support page.)

In addition to the firmware, there’s a new setup wizard and a PDF explaining things that can be downloaded from this page.
